"The primary driver for
human beings is not IQ,
psychological balance,
or personality. Human
decisions rise from the
context of judgment.
Without good judgment,
even the greatest human
potential is vulnerable.
And, judgment can be
measured. Any time we
can measure, we get better
at what we do." |

"The years I spent flying fighters
(jets) taught me
the importance of good
decision-making. The right
decision can save lives, and
the wrong decision can cost lives. When you are
in command of a multimillion
dollar aircraft in
a high-stress environment,
you'd better to be able to
make the right decisions
under pressure." |
